By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file Special Leave Petition.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that special leave petition on behalf of the petitioner being SLP No. 1214/2018 has already been filed and notice in the same has been issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. The next date before the Hon’ble Supreme Court is 27th April, 2018.
Be that as it may, the petitioner has been in continuous custody since the date of his arrest i.e. from 1st October, 2012 except for an interim bail for a period of 10 days with effect from 11th May, 2016 by this Court when he surrendered in time and did not misuse the concession.
