- By this petition, the petitioner seeks extension of parole on the ground that he has to undergo compulsory one month training. The petitioner was granted parole for a period of three weeks for submission of his assignment and the worksheets. Now the petitioner has to undergo the compulsory training from 15th May, 2018 to 14th June, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second year of his Masters in Yoga and after these four weeks of parole, the petitioner will be required to come out only for ten days parole in July to give the examination and he would then complete his Masters in Yoga.
