Mr. Dilip Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states, in
view of order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on March 23,
2018 in W.P. (C) 8294/2017 directing the respondent school to pass an order
regarding post dismissal period, insofar as payment of suspension allowance
is concerned within six weeks, he wishes to withdraw the contempt petition.
The contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Notices are discharged.
