The petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the previous order dated 23.03.2018. It is stated on her behalf that she shall continue to do so. The main accused has been granted regular bail.
In the circumstances, the interim order is confirmed. It is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR No. 52/18 under section 33 of Delhi Excise Act, 2009 registered at Police Station Crime Branch, New Delhi, she shall be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions:
