a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the resolution order dated 29.08.2017 passed by the recommendation committee constituted by the office of the respondent no.1 and its acceptance by the office of the respondent no.2, in respect of file no. f.33(27)/5002/2007/l&b/alt and computer entry no. 6095 thereby petitioner’s application dated 16.01.2007 for Allotment of alternative plot in lieu of the acquired land has been rejected;
writ order or direction for calling the complete relevant record of the rejection of application of the Petitioner’s application dated 16.01.2007 for allotment of alternative plot in lieu of the acquired land from office of the respondents.
After some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
