- The limited grievance of the petitioner herein is that the respondents have published a seniority list on 01.8.2017, inviting objections from all concerned and aggrieved by thereby, the representations submitted by the petitioner and his other batch mates, pointing out the discrepancies in preparing the said list and requesting for its rectification before the DPC is convened, have not bee considered and disposed of.
- It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents No.2 and 3/BSF have commenced the procedure of making promotions to the rank of DC (Electrical), without deciding the pending representations of the petitioner and other similarly placed officers, who have objections to their placement in the seniority list, drawn on 01.8.2017.
