In view of the said position, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. If aggrieved, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the aforesaid Provisional Release Order in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. CM No.9057/2018 also stands disposed of.
