Counsel for the petitioner states that refund has been paid. He, however, states that some interest has been paid, but the same is not in accordance with law and the judicial pronouncements of the Delhi High Court.
The respondents would pass a speaking on the question of interest, which would be communicated to the petitioner within a period of 15 days. Petitioner, if aggrieved, would be entitled to challenge the same in accordance with law.
Recording the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
