The petitioner has been given possession of the premises located at 4526, Dai Wara, Roshan Pura, Nai Sarak, Delhi. In view of the aforesaid position, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The issue of constitutional vires of the provisions of the Delhi Rent Control Act has been raised in other writ petitions. It will be open to the counsel for the petitioner to assist the Court in those proceedings.
Recording the above, the writ petition is disposed of.
