The present Contempt Petition is disposed off in view of the undertaking furnished on behalf of Mr. Parashuram Kumar Jha, the respondent/husband that he shall pay his wife, Ms. Asha Jha/ petitioner, the entire balance of arrears in terms of the directions issued by this Court in Mat. App (F.C) 134/2015 titled as ‘ Asha Jha vs. Parashuram Kumar Jha’ by way of its order dated 22.02.2016 positively within four weeks from today.
The undertaking is hereby accepted directing the respondent to comply with it without demur. The amount be paid to Ms. Asha Jha/ petitioner, at the following address:-
Asha Jha C/o Smt. Arti Jha, House No. 415, R-Block, Raghubir Nagar, New Delhi.
It is an admitted position that litigation expenses in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- for the appeal have already been received by Ms. Asha Jha/ petitioner from Mr. Parashuram Kumar Jha/the respondent. Disposed off accordingly in the above terms.
