No fresh status report has been filed. Learned APP for the State submits that in compliance of the proceedings dated 30.11.2017, the applicant has handed over the mobile phone to the IO and it has been submitted by the APP for the State that the mobile phone would be sent to the FSL for analysis.
Allegations levelled against the applicant relate inter alia to the effect that she was in a relationship with Pankaj Mehra, husband of the deceased and it has been alleged that the husband of the deceased (Priya Mehra) in conspiracy with the applicant/petitioner with whom he had several telephonic conversations had eliminated his wife.
