The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of the fact that he had written a representation dated 07.01.2016 to the Department, the same has not been answered. The said representation appears at page 53 of the paper book. The said representation shall be answered by the Department/respondents within an outer limit of eight weeks from today and the answer to the same shall be communicated to the petitioner.
