The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. He however requests that the withdrawal of the writ petition should not come in the way of any future challenge to a provision requiring a member of the consortium being not considered as a company when that member is an LLP.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that this withdrawal only concerns the present tender. The learned counsel for the respondents shall also communicate the rejection within two weeks.
