Accordingly the ministerial order dated 20.01.2016 for transfer of the present matter to East District, Karkardooma Court, is modified.
In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred to Shadara District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi.
