Case file taken up today pursuant to office note since stenographer had inadvertently wrongly mentioned in order dated 25.02.2016 that the present matter needs to be transferred to ‘North West District, Rohini Saket Court Complex, Delhi’ instead of mentioning ‘North West District, Rohini Court Complex, Delhi’. Accordingly the said ministerial order dated 25.02.2016 is modified and the same be correctly read. The matter stands transferred to North West District, Rohini Court Complex, Delhi for 16.08.2016 for 10.00 a.m. Parties to appear before the concerned learned District Judge on that date.
