ARC, both oral and documentary, a fresh order will be passed by the ARC uninfluenced by any orders made by the Rent Control Tribunal (RCT) and by this Court. The plea raised by the landlord that he had sought enhancement of rent was not considered in the correct perspective shall also be a matter of concerned before the ARC on an appropriate application to be filed by the landlord. Parties are directed to appear before the concerned ARC on 14.03.20|l6.
