M/S Anand Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. and Anr. Vs Delhi Development Authority and Ors.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits on instructions that the writ petition can be treated as petitioners’ representation in terms of the order dated 08^th April, 2016.

Let the copy of this writ petition be treated as petitioners’ representation which shall be considered and decided by DDA within a period of eight weeks from today. DDA shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The intimation of the date of hearing be given to the petitioners as well as their counsel present in Court today. The copy of the decision to be taken by DDA shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from taking this decision. If the petitioners are not satisfied with the decision taken by DDA, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy available to the petitioners in accordance with the law. The status quo with respect to the subject property shall be maintained by the parties till the decision is taken by DDA in terms of the order.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of this case.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
