Primary prayer of the petitioners, in this writ petition, is that respondents be directed to decide the representation of petitioners at an early date. Other reliefs are in the alternative. Writ petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent no. 3 to decide the representation of petitioners within two months by the speaking order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. After passing the speaking order, respondent no. 3 shall also communicate the order to the petitioners.
