1. Pursuant to the order dated 1^st February, 2016, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has obtained instructions from her client to the effect that in view of the long passage of time since the date of institution of the present petition, wherein the petitioner has asked for a limited relief of quashing of the letter dated 27^th June, 2005 rejecting her complaint of sexual harassment levelled against the respondent No.4, she is not inclined to pursue the same any further.

1. The present petition is disposed of as not pressed.
