Lal. The said cross case has already been compromisedbetween the parties. The parties have arrived at a compromise as consequence thereof in the present case also. They have arrived atthe compromise out of their own free will and without anycoercion or force. The petitioners and respondents are neighbours and nowthey have no grievance against each other. ln view of thecompromise arrived at between theparties, no usefulpurpose would be served in continuing with the cross case FIR No.0312007. Consequently, theFIR No.03/2007 under Sections 3261324134L1504134 IPC registered atP,S. Patel Nagar and all theproceedings emanating therefrom againstall 'e the accused persons are hereby quashed.
