the account opening form were also found to be of some different person than the petitioner. On verification, it was found that the photographs on the account-opening form was not that of Amit Sharma but of the petitioner. The Pan card in the name of Amit Sharma submitted with account opening form was also having photograph of the petitioner and same mobile phone number was provided in the account opening forms in the name of Amit Sharma and petitioners. There are serious allegations of impersonation against the petitioner. I am not inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The application for anticipatory bail is hereby dismissed.
