In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, no useful purpose would be served in continuing with the case. Consequently, the FIR No.466/2009 under Sections 308/427/34 IPC registered at P.S. Nangloi, Delhi and all the proceedings emanating therefrom against all the accused persons are hereby quashed.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
