As common issue has been raised in all these writ petitions by petitioners, therefore, they are being heard together and disposed of by this common order.

For convenience of this Court, WP (S) No. 3338 of 2026 is taken as lead case, in which following reliefs have been sought:-

“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus setting-aside the order dated 20.03.2026 (Annexure P/1).

10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to work at Government Maharani District Hospital, Jagdalpur.

10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.”
