Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is owner of a Bus bearing registration No. CG 16 CJ 1334, which is being plied since 2021 after getting due permission from the concerned authorities from Dankundi to Manendragarh, route of which was subsequently extended from Pasan to Kelhari and one return trip. Permission was extended from time to time. Learned counsel further submits that, the petitioner has filed an application (Annexure P-4) dated 15-12-2025 in form – MPMVR- 42 (S.C.P.A.) under Rule 72(1)(O) of the Motor Vehicles Rules before the respondent No. 2 for change of Route - Kelhari to Barail and one return trip, but the same has not been

decided yet. He would further submit that, this writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the application Annexure P-4 submitted by the petitioner within stipulated period.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents would submit that, the application (Annexure P-4) filed by the petitioner will be decided as early as possible.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The application (Annexure P-4) was filed by the petitioner on 15-122025, thus more then two months have passed, despite that, same has not been decided yet by the respondent No. 2, which cannot be appreciated. Therefore, considering facts of the case and the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, which is not opposed by the State Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the pending application (Annexure P-4) dated 15-12-2025 of the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within an outer limit of '30 days' from the date of submission/receipt of a copy of this order.

With aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
