Having considered aforesaid limited prayer of the petitioner and contention raised by both the parties, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the fresh application filed by the petitioner, for grant of licence of Pistol, within 30 days from the date of receipt/submission of a copy of this order.
