1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following relief(s):-
10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ of direction, directing the respondent no.2 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 05.11.2025 for grant of permanent stage carriage permit on the route Kawardha to Bilaspur via Kheli, Kunda, Mungeli, Takhatpur with one return trip daily in accordance with law.
10.2. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to dispose off the petition in light of order dated 23.01.2026 passed in W.P.(C) no. 313/2026 as the similar facts

involved in that case also.
10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost and expenses of this petition.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to concerned respondent-authority to consider and decide pending application/representation dated 05.11.2025 of the petitioner (Annexure -P/1), expeditiously, within specific time.
3. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the facts of the case and the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, which is not opposed by the State Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the pending application/representation dated 05.11.2025 (Annexure - P/1) of the petitioner in accordance with relevant law/rules/regulation, preferably within an outer limit of ' 30 days ' from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
7. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
