Since common question of law and facts are involved in these writ petitions, they are heard analogously and are being disposed of by this common order. For sake of convenience, WPC No. 16/2026 is being treated as lead case.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the order dated 30.05.2022 passed by Collector & District Magistrate, Raipur in Case No. 250/B-121/year 2020-21 (Authorized Officer, IDFC First Bank Ltd. Vs. M/s Manjeet Singh Khanuja & others) has not been executed by the Tahsildar.

It has not been informed that after filing of these petitions, the proceedings have already been initiated and notices have also been issued.

From perusal of records, it is quite vivid that the petitioner has not filed copy of order-sheet to demonstrate that the proceeding has not been reached to its logical end. In absence of such documents, this Court cannot issue any direction to the Tahsildar at this stage. However, it is expected that the Tahsildar will conclude the proceeding expeditiously in accordance with law.

Accordingly, all the writ petitions are disposed of.
