From perusal of the records annexed with the petition, it is quite vivid that the Tahsildar, Raipur vide letter dated 21.03.2025 has already initiated proceedings and the next date for proceedings was fixed for 18.09.2025. It is expected that the Tahsildar shall proceed expeditiously in accordance with law without undue delay tactics adopted either by the Tahsildar or by private respondents.
