This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to issue the Bikri Naksha certificate (22 fcUnq) and boundary sketch for execution of sale-deed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made serval representations before the respondent authorities to provide the Bikri Naksha certificate (22 fcUnq) and boundary sketch which is required for execution of sale-deed but the same has not been provided to him and would pray for issuance of certain direction to the respondent authorities in this regard.

In pursuance of direction issued by this Court, Ms. Anuradha Patel, Tahsildar, Pusour, District- Raigarh is present before this Court through

video conferencing and would submit that they have already informed the petitioner that the property is government lease land, therefore, the permission has to be granted by the Collector and they have already initiated proceeding for obtaining permission from the Collector.

Since, the respondent authorities have already proceeded in the matter, therefore, at this juncture, no direction can be issued in this petition.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach before this Court, if exigency arises in future.
