Heard on I.A. No.4/2026, an application for withdrawal of the present appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant/plaintiff is a 90 years old aged person and wants to comply the order dated 20/06/2017 of the learned trial Court for the payment of adequate Court fees in Civil Suit No.64A/2012. Learned counsel further submits that the appellant does not want to pursue this matter further, hence, praying for withdrawal of this appeal.
