This petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing order dated 17.06.2025 passed by respondent No. 2 by which the application preferred by the petitioner for providing the documents, has been rejected. The petitioner has also prayed for issuance of direction to

At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents/SECL would submit that the petitioner has assailed the Show Cause Notice issued to him wherein final punishment order has already been passed by the respondent/SECL on 17.08.2025 terminating the services of the petitioner, therefore, the petition is not maintainable at this stage.

In view of submission made by learned counsel for the respondents/SECL, the instant writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the termination order dated 17.08.2025 and all the proceedings initiated against him before appropriate forum.
