10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 & 3 to give promotion and other benefit to the petitioner counting her past service as per CAS.

10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 & 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-7 as the respondent no. 2 has initiated correspondence Annexure P-8 to give benefit of past service, promotion and others to the petitioner with the stipulated period.

10.3 That, any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in favour of the petitioner may kindly be passed.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier appointed as Assistant Veterinary Surgeon on 30.3.2010 by the State Government and was posted at Vikas Khand, Baloda Bazar, the then District Raipur (CG). He further submits that after getting No Objection Certificate from the competent authority, the petitioner joined to the post of Assistant Professor in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu University and Veterinary College, Anjora, Durg (CG) on 15.6.2012 (Annexure-P/2). Thereafter till June 2020, she was not promoted to the post of Associate Professor, therefore, she filed representation (Annexure-P/7) for her promotion after counting past service rendered by her as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, but the same has not been decided yet. He would further submit that the petitioner is ready to file fresh representation as of Annexure-P/7 and this petition may be disposed of directing the respondent authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner within the period specified by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for respondents 2 & 3 would submit that she has no

objection in allowing the limited prayer of the petitioner. She further submits that the representation filed by the petitioner shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.

4. Learned counsel for respondents No. 4 & 5 would submit that they are formal party in the instant case.

5. Having considered the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation, as has been filed by her on 08.7.2020 vide AnnexureP/7, within a period of 30 days from today, before respondents No.2 & 3. It is further observed that in the event of filing of fresh representation by the petitioner along with a copy of this order and also a copy of Annexure-P/7 dated 08.7.2020, respondent No.2 & 3 shall consider and decide the same within further period of 60 days, in accordance with law.

6. With aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
