1. This MCC has been filed by the applicants for extension of time to comply with Order dated 07.02.2022 passed in WPC No.686 of 2022, whereby the applicants/respondents No. 2 & 3 therein were directed to decide the representation of the petitioners/respondents No. 1 to 3 within three months from the date of receipt of the representation.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants would submit that Order dated 07.02.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench in WPC No.686/2022 has been complied with, therefore, the MCC has become infructuous.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents supported the aforesaid contention.
