Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has been confirmed on the post of Patwari by order dated 19.10.2022 passed by the SubDivisional Officer. Udaipur, Sarguja. However, his salary for a few

months have not been paid to him, for which, he may be permitted to make representation before the competent authority.

Heard learned counsel for the parties at length.

Be that as it may, petitioner would be at liberty to file a representation for payment his outstanding salary before the competent authority within 30 days from today, which will be considered and decided by the competent authority within 45 days from the date of filing of the representation on its own merits in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of . No cost(s).
