1 . The petitioners have challenged the award passed by the learned Labour Court under the Industrial Disputes Act, Rajnandgaon in Case No.25/I.D.A./2006 (Ref.) dated 20.11.2014, whereby respondent No.1/ workman was directed to be reinstated in service without back-wages.

2 . At the very outset, learned counsel for respondent No.1 would submit that respondent No.1/ workman was reinstated in service pursuant to award dated 20.11.2014 and she got retired on account of superannuation on 30.6.2025.

3 . Taking into consideration the fact that respondent No.1/ workman has already superannuated, no order can be passed against her.

4 . Accordingly, this petition is dismissed being rendered infructuous.
