Learned counsel for petitioner by way of this petition has also prayed for setting aside the order dated 08.03.2025 passed by Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue).

Perusal of order dated 08.03.2025 would show that it has been passed while considering the appeal filed under Section 44(1) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959. Against the order passed by Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) as a first appellate authority, petitioner is having an alternate efficacious remedy available under Section 44(2) of the Code of 1959 of preferring a second appeal, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, however, reserving liberty with the petitioner to prefer an appeal as provided under section 44(2) of the Code of 1959. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.

Registry is directed to return back certified copy of documents enclosed along with this writ petition after retaining the photocopy of the same. Certified copy as per rules.
