Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:

Learned counsel for the State submits that grievance of the petitioner is that respondent no.4 has raised unauthorized construction encroaching road within territorial jurisdiction of Nagar Panchayat Bodri, however, petitioner has not submitted any application/complaint in this regard before respondent No.3.

At this state, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to submit fresh representation before respondent No.3 and direction be issued to respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on representation of petitioner within specified time.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to submit fresh
