The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-

“10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner for its kind perusal.

10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to participate in exam of ATKT of B.Sc. Final Year in Physics.

10.3 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide his representation and permit him to participate in exam of ATKT (Supplementary) of B.Sc. Final Year in Physics.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to the Respondent No. 2 to take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 08.04.2024.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the documents placed on record.

On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the parties, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner as also, the documents enclosed along with the writ petition, taking a lenient view, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 2 to take decision on the pending representation dated 08.04.2024 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order, if not already decided. Petitioner will be at liberty to submit copy of the representation dated 08.04.2024 along with copy of this order for consideration of the respondents.
