By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following relief :-

“10.1 That, kindly issue a direction to the ld. Trial court to ensure that the matter is expeditiously heard, and a final decision is rendered in a stipulated time period as per the law, keeping in view the long pendency of the case.

10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted in favor of Petitioners in the interest of justice.”
