It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already got certificate of NET, therefore he is entitled for getting

grade pay of Rs. 6,000 ( 7^th CPC Level-10) as per letter dated 22.06.2021 (Annexure P/3) issued by the Director, Directorate of Technical Education. This claim is also recommended by the concerned Principal vide communication dated 28.06.2022 (Annexure P/6). The petitioner continuously made representations before the concerned respondents- authorities, but the same has not been decided yet, therefore, it is prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner that this writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent to take a decision on the matter and pass a reasoned order within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

Learned State counsel not opposes the above prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by both the counsel, without going into merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage, directing the concerned respondents authorities to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2023 (Annexure P/8) and pass a reasoned order preferably within an outer limit of ‘ 45 days’ from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
