It is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed on 10.01.1969 and he was retired from his services on 30.06.2019. During period of service after completion of 12 years and 24 years, he has got benefit of first time pay scale and second time pay scale. The petitioner had completed 30 years of services in the

year of 1999, but he has not been provided benefit of third time pay scale for which he is entitled for. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that this petition may be disposed of at this stage itself giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation, raising all grounds as he raised in this writ petition before the respondent/ Competent authority and may also be directed to respondent/Competent authority to consider and decide the same within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

Learned State counsel not opposes the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

On the basis of submission made by counsel for the petitioner, without going into merits of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of at this stage, giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before the respondent/Competent authority, raising all the grounds as he has raised in this writ petition within ‘three weeks’ from today and upon submission of the said representation, respondent /competent authority is also directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with the relevant laws and rules/policies within an outer limit of ‘ 60 days’ from the receipt copy of representation.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
