award shows that the land of the petitioner has been acquired and the compensation amount has also been assessed and he further submits that the petitioner has never challenged the award dated 29/10/1986 and though the proceeding of land acquisition was within their knowledge. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition without disclosing the said fact and the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted in the writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
