2. Mr. Arjun Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file an appropriate application under Section 432(2) of the Chhattisgarh Prisoner's Leave Rules, 1989 before the appropriate authority.
