The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 CrPC for quashment of the charge-sheet bearing No. 68/2022 filed by the Police Station Vaishali Nagar, Durg in pursuance to FIR dated 02.09.2020 bearing Crime No. 221/2020 registered against the petitioners for commission of offence punishable under Sections 420 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn as the charges have already been framed against the petitioners and they have preferred criminal revision being Criminal Revision No. 224/2024 before the revisional Court in the concerned district, which is pending.

Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn .
