he referred FIR bearing Crime No.958/2022, which was registered by Bhola Singh, uncle of the present applicant, at Polcie Station Civil Line, Bilaspur on 13.9.2022 against mother of the vicim/prosecutrix and two other accused persons for extortion of money by assaulting Keshav Singh, father of present applicant. He would further submit that earlier also mother of the victim/prosecutrix had lodged FIR bearing No.1050/2021 at Police Station Sarkanda, Bilaspur against two persons namely, Kanha Verma and Trishna Dewangan for alleged molestation of her minor daughter and in that case, mother of the victim/prosecutrix and the victim/prosecutrix had compromised with the accused persons and thereafter they turned hostile in their Court statement. In support of his contention, learned counsel for the applicant has placed copy of deposition of mother of the victim/prosecutrix and the victim/prosecutrixalong with present petition at page No.29 & 34. He would further submit that in the instant case charge sheet has been filed and the applicant is in jail since 04.9.2022, hence, he may be released on bail.
