1. This appeal has been preferred by the claimant against the award dated 01.08.2016 passed by Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Khairagarh, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.), in Claim Case No.24/2015 awarding compensation of Rs.4,55,144/- with interest @ 6% per annum, from the date of application till its realization, in favour of the appellant/claimant.

Appellant Tijau Ram Verma has died on 19.09.2017. His death certificate is also attached with the report.
3. Learned counsel for appellant submits that he has no instruction from the appellant/claimant or his LRs.
4. Six years have passed since the death of appellant but no legal representative of appellant has come to proceed further with the case.
5. Accordingly, the present appeal stands dismissed as having abated. d
