1. Heard Mr. Sanjay Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondent No. 1/State and Mr. Kashif Shakeel, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No. 2.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:
“ It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash FIR No. 24 of 2020 registered under Sections 506, 377, 294, 498(A)/34 of the IPC in Police Station – Mahila Thana, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) and the subsequent proceedings initiated pursuant thereto in the interest of justice. ”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the present CRMP has been filed for quashing of the FIR, but in the present case, investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted in the Court concerned and he prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file the same challenging the charge-sheet.

4. Learned State counsel and learned counsel, appearing for respondent No. 2, have no objection.
5. Prayer is allowed.
6. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition challenging the chargesheet before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
