Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the complaint of the petitioner offences under Sections 498-A and 34 of the IPC have been registered against respondents No. 5 to 11 but offences under the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and also Chhattisgarh Tonahi Pratadna Nivaran Act, 2005 have not been registered against respondents No.5 to 11.

Learned State counsel submits that investigation is in progress and all aspects of the matter are being investigated.

Since investigation is in progress after registration of the aforesaid offences and all aspects of the case are being investigated, we are not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition at this stage, accordingly, it is dismissed .
