1. The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the
following prayers:
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the Petitioner from the possession of the Respondents for its kind perusal.
10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of mandamus and directing appropriate action be taken against Respondents No.5 to 7 in accordance with law.

10.3 That, the Respondent No.5 fraudulently financed the said vehicle from the Respondent No.6 Agency and Respondent No.7 has sold out the said vehicle, therefore, may kindly take action against the Respondent No.5 who is the shown fake owner of the said vehicle and Respondent No.6 who stated that he is financier of the vehicle and Respondent No.7 who sold out the vehicle on the basis of fake documents.
10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents No.2 to 4 they not take any action against the Petitioner but lodge F.I.R. against the Respondents No.5 to 7. "
2. None appears, nor is there any representation made on behalf of the Petitioner to press this writ petition when the case is called out for hearing.
3. It transpires that till date no interim order has been passed in favour of the Petitioner and the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
