2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

10.2 Any other relief which deemed fit and proper may also be issued looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the interest of resident persons of that area. ”
3. It is transpired from the Annexure P/5 that the petitioner has personal interest in the present public interest litigation.
4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone.
